About the job
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (for Sports Affiliate) with a strong sales background and analytical skills, with at least 3+ years of iGaming experience. This role requires tailoring data-driven sales strategies, ensuring smooth implementation, and collaborating effectively with internal teams.

What you will be doing

  • Analyzing and selling the most important URLs for affiliate revenue generation to gaming operators.
  • Turning traffic of our products into revenues for our clients by doing data-driven decisions.
  • Lead negotiations with clients for top placements and strategic opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners.
  • Work closely with an Affiliate Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various teams for seamless operational processes.

What would make you a great fit?

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliation or a strong sales background.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent understanding of business KPIs and affiliate sales metrics.
  • Great communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data interpretation and strategy development.
