About the job 

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to create engaging digital assets across our websites and social channels, support employer branding, and contribute to UI design. You’ll work closely with product, content, and HR teams to maintain a strong, cohesive visual identity. Ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience, solid design fundamentals, and a portfolio that shows both graphic and UI work.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital assets to use across our main social media channels and websites.
• Support internal and external design needs for employer brand initiatives.
• Maintain and evolve the visual identity across platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel in everything from static graphics to UI components.
• Collaborate with product designers to contribute to UI mockups, interface elements, and layout refinement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration with Product, Content, and HR teams.
• Participate in design reviews, actively incorporate feedback, and contribute to refining design elements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2-3 years in a graphic, creative, or digital design role, ideally with exposure to UI design.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and comfortable using tools like Figma; bonus points for After Effects or basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brand application.
• Creative mindset & attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of interface design principles (grid systems, hierarchy, responsive layouts).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn from and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
