About the job 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Coordinator (German speaking) to join our content operations team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all published content meets our quality standards and delivers the best possible user experience. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to execute and maintain content updates in WordPress, troubleshoot layout issues, and support the launch of new projects. The ideal candidate is fluent in German, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - especially one within the iGaming industry.

What you will be doing

• Manage and update content within WordPress, including uploading, formatting, and publishing articles
• Review published content and layouts to ensure they meet internal quality standards
• Collaborate with multiple departments to execute content-related tasks and project launches
• Perform regular ranking updates and report bugs to the QA team when necessary
• Provide feedback on workflows and maintain documentation such as SOPs and internal handbooks

What would make you a great fit?  

• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of quality control
• Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and communicating across teams
• Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to changing workflows
• Experience with WordPress, other CMS platforms, or basic HTML is a plus
• An interest in the iGaming industry is considered an advantage
