About the job 

Are you looking to move from IT Systems or Administration into a leadership role? We’re searching for a proactive and solutions-oriented IT Operations Lead to join our team. You’ll manage a small IT team, lead internal tech initiatives, and work closely with your team to shape our infrastructure and tools.

What you will be doing

• Support and enhance our internal IT operations, tools, and infrastructure to ensure business continuity and performance.
• Lead day-to-day IT functions, including hardware management, software setup, and user support (Windows & Mac).
• Administer core tools like Office 365 and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), ensuring smooth onboarding, access management, and usage.
• Develop and enforce internal IT policies and best practices around security, systems use, and tooling.
• Maintain accurate logs of hardware and IT inventory, ordering equipment when necessary.
• Collaborate on tech projects, helping to plan and execute solutions that improve operations.
• Research and propose new technologies that improve productivity and scale with the business.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical support issues, escalating where necessary.

What would make you a great fit?   

• 3+ years in IT Support, IT Systems, or IT Administration.
• Experience managing or mentoring others (formally or informally).
• Solid knowledge of Office 365 admin tools and Atlassian products.
• Strong understanding of IP addressing and basic networking.
• Confident in troubleshooting hardware/software issues across Windows and Mac.
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communicator – both with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passionate about digital industries like iGaming, media, or affiliate marketing.
