About the job 

We are looking for a part-time Junior Finance Revenue Specialist to join our finance team and support revenue-related processes, including timely and accurate invoicing and the smooth collection of customer payments. This role is ideal for someone with a background or education in accounting or finance who is eager to grow and develop in a professional setting.

What you will be doing 

• Issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile operator deals, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with backend reports.
• Update and maintain customer and affiliate account records.
• Assist in debtor chasing and follow-up to ensure timely payments.
• Assist the Finance Manager in maintaining key accounting records.
• Support in any ad hoc finance-related tasks as needed.

What would make you a great fit?  

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Xero accounting software is an asset (training will be provided).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a finance team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels
