About the job 

As our Agile Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional project delivery across Product, SEO, Design, Engineering, and Content teams. You’ll run sprint ceremonies, maintain Jira boards, and keep initiatives moving forward - from planning through release.

This is not just a coordination role. You’ll be a key driver of our delivery rhythm, ensuring blockers are removed, priorities are executed effectively, and all teams remain aligned on what matters most.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in Agile environments, understands the realities of WordPress-based websites, and knows how to keep delivery on track without adding unnecessary process.

What you will be doing 

• Lead Agile delivery of digital projects across Product, Content, SEO, and Engineering.

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives).

• Maintain Jira boards, track ticket progress, and ensure backlog hygiene.

• Translate goals and requirements into actionable delivery plans.

• Proactively identify and remove blockers to keep projects moving.

• Report on sprint velocity, risks, and delivery timelines to stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align delivery with strategic priorities.

• Support continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration.

What would make you a great fit?  

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master.

• Proven track record of delivering digital projects in fast-paced environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to align cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with Jira and WordPress-based websites.

• Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) are a strong plus.

• Familiarity with SEO, content-driven businesses, or iGaming is a bonus.
