About the job 

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Housekeeper to clean and maintain our offices across three floors. Our office building is based in Sliema – Sir Adrian Dingli Street. Applicants must have their own transport and able to commute to the office between Monday and Thursday.

Working hours

• Standard hours are 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with some flexibility), Monday to Thursday, 24 hours a week.

• Occasionally, the working hours may be 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, depending on business needs.

• The cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that the offices are properly closed and secured at the end of the day when working the closing shift.

What you will be doing 

• Clean and sanitize desks, tables, and shared surfaces.

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop office floors and hallways.

• Clean and restock restrooms with toilet paper, soap, and other supplies.

• Empty general waste and recycling bins and replace liners.

• Clean kitchen and break-room counters, sinks, and appliances.

• Keep meeting rooms and common areas clean and tidy.

• Carry out regular deep cleaning as required.

• Monitor cleaning supplies and report when stock is running low.

• Report any damage, maintenance issues, or necessary repairs to management.

What would make you a great fit?  

• Previous experience in office or commercial cleaning.

• Ability to use standard cleaning equipment and products.

• Good time-management and organisational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Must be able to communicate in English
